| The Probus Club of
Moss Vale is situated in the Southern Highlands of New South Wales and
draws its membership from the towns of Moss Vale, Bowral and Mittagong as
well as the surrounding villages such as Robertson, Bundanoon and
Berrima. We have a
membership that is generally around 100 with a membership cap of 104 and
like all Probus clubs we welcome new members throughout the year.
Currently the club meets at the RSL Club at Mittagong at 10 am on the
second Thursday of each month although we used to meet at Moss Vale
until the venue there became unavailable.
Probus Clubs meet for "fun, friendship and fellowship" and our club is certainly no different. The meetings are short, business-like and entertaining and we take pride at the high quality of guest speakers at meetings which have proven to be interesting and cover a wide range of subjects. Outings and trip away are held fairly regularly and the monthly coffee club meeting is always enjoyed by those who attend.
